Just 10 minutes from the gates of Walt Disney World this location is right by Interstate 4 for easy access North and South, East & West. Situated on a private development, our luxury home is equipped and furnished to the highest standards. Service includes access to our local management agent who is there if you need assistance during your stay. All bedding, bathroom and pool towels are provided—all you need to bring is yourself! You can even buy your clothes locally from the Factory Outlets for a fraction of what you’d pay in the UK. |

Please rest assured that the quality of our villas is of the highest standard. All furnishings have been chosen with your comfort in mind. Our home provides King Size beds in both of our two master bedrooms . All main areas have tiled floors so that they can be easily kept clean whilst remaining cool on hot summer days. |

The villa and website is family owned by Paul & Vicky Patterson and Dawn & Ian Mitchell from the UK. Both families have been to Florida many times with the majority of the time spent in and around Kissimmee. Pleas note that our villa is non-smoking and we're afraid there are no pets allowed. |
